Haley and Colson had a rustic fall wedding at La Bonne Vie Ranch in Fredericksburg, Texas. Haley used to be a wedding dress model and was a beautiful bride inside and out! She and Colson booked our six-month wedding management package and reception DJ-ing. So, we had the honor of helping to plan their special day and bringing the party once it finally arrived!

La Bonne Vie Ranch: A Hill Country Wedding Venue

200 stunning acres of Texas Hill Country form the backdrop to La Bonne Vie Ranch, a Fredericksburg wedding venue. The Ranch is one of our favorite venues we’ve worked at in the past year! Every space has rustic charm, from the chapel with floor-to-ceiling stained-glass windows to the reclaimed wood reception barn. The venue is also ideal for a destination wedding or hosting out-of-town guests, with plentiful on-site lodging. We would love to work there again!

A Romantic and Fun-Filled Barn Reception

Haley and Colson celebrated with their guests inside the barn after saying their “I dos” in the chapel. If you know Dominic, you already know it was a memorable party! The bride and groom are both Aggies, so we had to play the Aggie War Hymn.

But apart from being fun-filled, it was also an evening where the couple honored their unique connection with each other and their loved ones. For example, Haley and Colson enjoyed their meal from a private balcony instead of sitting at a head table with their guests. It was a wonderful way to reconnect with each other amid the busyness of the day! In addition, Haley wanted to honor her close relationship with her mom. So, the two shared a sweet “mother of the bride” dance that left every guest smiling!
