Faith and Justin exchanged vows under an epic waterfall in Georgia. Their wedding at Toccoa Falls, attended by 30 of their closest loved ones, felt like the perfect start to their forever. With the water raging from a recent rainstorm and the sun beginning to shine through the clouds, magic was in the air. We had the honor of wearing several hats on this wedding day: Serena provided six weeks of coordination, and Dominic DJ’d and officiated!

Faith and Justin first crossed paths in 2011. They became fast friends and eventually dated briefly in 2015. Life took the two down separate paths for several years, but when they reunited in 2021, it became clear that their connection hadn’t faded with time. Justin’s first instinct—that he would marry Faith one day—proved right. He proposed on an unforgettable Alaskan vacation in 2023, and she said yes!

Wedding Ceremony at Toccoa Falls

When Justin and Faith’s wedding day dawned with gray clouds in the sky, it looked like their dream of saying “I do” underneath Toccoa Falls might not come true. It rained until 45 minutes before the ceremony was due to start. Then, the sky miraculously cleared! We all sighed in collective relief: the show would go on after all. Meanwhile, one of Justin’s groomsmen squeezed into a wedding dress to surprise him before his real first look with Faith. It was a hilarious, tension-cutting moment that set the tone for a day full of joy.

The ceremony took place steps from the roaring waters of the falls, surrounded by serene woodland. Faith wore a lace A-line gown with romantic off-the-shoulder sleeves, and wore her hair in soft, cascading waves. Her bridesmaids wore gowns of periwinkle chiffon, while Justin and his groomsmen wore navy blue suits.

Wedding Reception at Forest Lodge Wedding & Retreat Center

Forest Lodge Wedding & Retreat Center, a rustic venue with vaulted timber ceilings and a massive stone fireplace, hosted the reception. The forested surroundings created a cozy feel for the intimate outdoor dinner shared between the couple and their guests. Lake Rabun Hotel & Restaurant catered the meal, which took place at tables adorned with burlap runners, floating candles, and clusters of blue hydrangeas.

When dinner concluded, Dominic—ever the multitasker—hurried to his DJ booth to get the party started! While there were only 30 guests, the celebration seemed much larger after almost everyone flocked to the dance floor and stayed there. It remained full until it was time for Faith and Justin’s “last dance,” a private moment shared by the two of them before their sendoff.

Faith and Justin’s wedding at Toccoa Falls was the perfect culmination of their story, and the start of a whole new adventure. We had the joy of bonding with them throughout the wedding planning process, which is one of our favorite parts of this job!
