Jessica and Francisco met through Jessica’s mom and immediately hit it off. A few years and three dogs later, Francisco popped the question! They hired The Wedding Duo for coordination and DJ services at their Camp Hideaway wedding, and we’re so glad they did. We had so much fun working with these two and soaking in the gorgeous hill country views!

Unique Wedding Touches

When we first sat down with Jessica and Francisco to hear about their wedding plans, we knew immediately this was going to be a spectacular day. They prioritized adding small touches throughout the day that really reflected who they are as a couple. For example, Jessica’s bridal entrance into the ceremony was to Never Enough from The Greatest Showman! And, of course, we can’t forget the alpacas they hired for cocktail hour! It was such an adorable addition to an already fantastic day. In the evening, they opted for fiber optic wands instead of sparklers for their grand exit, and we love how it turned out.

Camp Hideaway Wedding

Jessica and Francisco’s wedding was held at Camp Hideaway in Fredericksburg, Texas. This beautiful barn venue has excellent outdoor spaces with gorgeous views. But our favorite part is all of the on-site lodging! The property includes two houses and multiple tent suites, so your guests can stay right on-site. It’s a great option for couples who want a full weekend of activities or simply want to make sure that their guests can enjoy alcohol without having to worry about getting home at the end of the night.

Get Married with The Wedding Duo

Being a part of Jessica and Francisco’s wedding was such a pleasure. Although heavy winds called for some decor rearranging, the day went off without a hitch. Now that we’re based in Ohio, we love any opportunity to head back to Texas!
