Virtual Wedding Planning sessions with The Wedding Duo are 45-minute calls where you get to sit down with us and get answers to your most pressing wedding planning questions. We’ll help you talk through any aspect of your big day that you want, and then execution is up to you! After the call, you’ll receive the full recording, plus a written post-session plan with next steps. And you’ll get a $50 credit to The Wedding Duo shop so you can get even more helpful resources.

What topics do you usually help with?

We can help with almost any part of wedding planning during your call. Some popular topics are helping to find vendors, choosing songs, and mapping out budgets, but we’ve also done so much more! From creating a comprehensive timeline, deciphering vendor contracts, creating a floorplan, and even navigating difficult family dynamics. 

How do I decide if I need a virtual planning session or a full wedding planner?

Our virtual wedding planning sessions are for couples who want to plan their own wedding (or are doing so for financial reasons) but need a little guidance along the way. We still recommend that you hire a wedding coordinator to execute the vision on your wedding day, and you’re welcome to invite them to the sessions with you! If you want to take a backseat when it comes to planning your wedding, you’ll want to hire a full-service planner. You can even hire us to fully plan your wedding and execute it in person!

How should I prepare for my session?

When you first purchase a Virtual Wedding Planning Session with us, you’ll receive an intake form. Filling this out is the most important preparation for our meeting. It will help us get all the needed information and help you sort out what exactly you want the session to focus on and how we can make the most of our time together.
